Massage for pregnant women
Massage for pregnant women is an effective method of getting rid of pain and excessive muscle tension and reducing swelling that often accompanies women during pregnancy. During pregnancy, the woman's centre of gravity changes, which often results in pain and overloading of the lumbar spine. During a massage, we also have an effect on the psychological sphere of the future mother, improving her mood, calming her down and inducing a state of deep relaxation.
The course is designed for physiotherapists, massage therapists, spa therapists, cosmetologists, midwives.

The course includes a theoretical and a practical part.
Theoretical part:

- Preparation for massage

- Safe slip measures

The practical part:
- Positioning
- Massage techniques
- Carrying out the entire massage
Each participant will receive a training script, as well as a certificate in Polish and English.
Kobido facial massage
Kobido massage is known as a non-surgical facelift. However, it will all become easier on the course. We will teach you each of the movements, the entire sequence of the treatment and, above all, we will focus on practice.
