Dorota Chałubińska, MA
Physiotherapist, founder of Fizjo&Well
Physiotherapist with 9 years of experience working with orthopaedic patients. She specialises in acute and chronic pain therapy, rehabilitation after sports injuries and trauma, and holistic therapy in which she combines physiotherapy, psychosomatics and Chinese medicine. At Fizjo&Well, she provides physiotherapy and hirudotherapy services.
Professional experience
Graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw, student at Charles University in Prague. Certified Manual Therapist according to the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine. She gained her professional experience in public and private clinics. She led the rehabilitation of Polish representatives in, among others, canoeing, taekwon-do, judo.
Lecturer, speaker
Since 2014 she has been an academic lecturer, from 2014 to 2016 she was an Assistant Professor at the Department of Rehabilitation of the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw, and since 2018 she has been educating students at the College of Engineering and Health in Warsaw.
She is the author of numerous publications in the field of physiotherapy and health. She edits the "Health" section of the kayak quarterly WIOSŁO. Invited as an expert to the Dzień Dobry TVN programme. She is a multiple speaker at scientific conferences on physiotherapy and a winner of the 1st place at the National Competition of Young Physiotherapists' Knowledge.
Privately
Wife and mother of two urchins. Passionate about active lifestyles and water sports in particular. Out of her passion, she obtained a licence as a Mountain Kayaking Judge and a Medical Classifier in Paracayaking. She is happiest relaxing on canoe trips.

She is a physiotherapist with a passion for massage and wellness. Through holistic body work, she improves both the physical and mental state of her clients. At Fizjo&Well, she provides body and facial massages as well as foot reflexology treatments. An oasis of calm and composure.
Professional experience
She completed her bachelor's degree at Wrocław Medical University and her master's degree at Silesian Medical University in Katowice. She gained her professional experience working in prestigious SPAs, hotels and the Institute of Health and Beauty, where she performed cosmetic treatments of the face and body, massages and treatments with the use of specialised equipment.

A physiotherapist who takes a holistic approach to the patient in her work. She tailors the treatment process to the patient's individual needs using kinesitherapy methods and special physiotherapy methods such as pinotherapy, MTG, kinesitherapy or foam rolling.

She graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw with a degree in physiotherapy, so she had contact with patients in hospital wards and athletes from the beginning. She completed numerous courses and trainings and participated in many scientific conferences on physiotherapy. She gained professional experience at the Damian Medical Centre teaching movement and body awareness during kinesiotherapy classes.
Privately
An extroverted traveller soul who gets her grounding from yoga and meditation. In her free time, she deepens her knowledge of bodywork through literature. She relaxes with music and fantasy books.

Gabriela Nowacka-Wiktor

Physiotherapist specialising in working with children with postural defects. Provides individual therapy for children, as well as group classes in kindergartens. She improves through exercise and helps children and adults recover from injuries and trauma. She also provides home rehabilitation services.

She graduated from the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw with a degree in physiotherapy. Her mission is to help others achieve full physical fitness without pain. She works with different groups of patients from children to seniors, provides rehabilitation after injuries, manual therapy, strengthening exercises and counselling on health prevention. She is constantly developing her skills and knowledge. She focuses in an individual approach to each patient. When working with Gabriela, you can expect professionalism, empathy and commitment to the therapeutic process.

She loves an active lifestyle and animals. She spends her free time playing tennis, golf and, in winter, snowboarding. In addition, she plays the guitar and drums and loves theatre. Whenever she has the opportunity, she travels and tries new things.
